Who it’s for
For businesses that want finished work from AI, not experiments
You may have tried an AI assistant already and got something brilliant one day and unusable the next. This book gives you a method that works every time and rules for using it safely.
Small business owners and sole traders
You handle email, quotes and admin between customers. You get prompts you copy, fill in with your own details and check in a few minutes.
Small teams and offices
Everyone uses AI differently and good prompts get lost in chat histories. The book includes a 30-day roll-out plan, one-page rules and a shared prompt library.
Online shops and service firms
Product descriptions, customer replies, posts and reviews. See how to give the assistant facts only your business has, so it stops writing like everyone else.
If you’re looking for programming, building your own model or a click-by-click guide to one particular app, this book isn’t for you.
What you’ll learn
From your first prompt to your whole team, in three parts
The book starts with what an assistant can do and how to brief it. It then works through the everyday tasks of a small business and ends with security, the law and rolling it out across the company.
- I
The basics
What can an AI assistant do, where does it go wrong, and how do you brief it?
- 01What an AI assistant can and can’t doLearn the assistant’s strengths and blind spots, and use a traffic-light test to sort tasks into now, with checks, or not at all.
- 02A brief that worksWrite a five-part brief, fix the result with two specific instructions and save standing instructions for your business.
- II
Everyday work
How do you use it for email, quotes, marketing, admin and your team?
- 03Email and customer communicationAnswer enquiries and complaints based on your own decision, and build a bank of answers to recurring questions.
- 04Offers, quotes and contractsWrite a quote from your own figures with a check list underneath, and prepare questions for your lawyer before signing a contract.
- 05Marketing: posts, ads, web copy and reviewsTurn facts only your business has into a month of posts, ad copy, web pages and calm replies to reviews.
- 06Admin: minutes, spreadsheets, documents and remindersProduce minutes with owners and deadlines, fix a spreadsheet formula, summarise a long document and set up three-stage payment reminders.
- 07Hiring, onboarding and internal proceduresWrite a job ad that works for candidates and complies with the law, and get procedures out of people’s heads into written guides.
- III
Safely and for good
What should never go in, what does the law say, and how do you roll it out?
- 08Security, personal data and the lawKnow what must never go into an assistant, how to choose and check a tool, and what GDPR and the EU AI Act ask of a small business.
- 09Rolling it out in 30 daysIn four weeks, put in place one-page rules, an approved tool, a shared prompt library and a monthly review.
- 10Prompt library and checklistsAll 45 ready-made prompts and 5 checklists in one place, ready to copy.
Inside the book
What a chapter looks like
Every chapter follows the same shape: a scene from a working day, the principle, steps for tomorrow, a pitfall and a five-point summary. Most templates are ready-made prompts you paste into your assistant. These samples come from chapters 1 to 4, translated from the Slovak.
Study
The jagged frontier (Dell'Acqua et al., 2023)
Consultants with an AI assistant handled tasks within its capabilities faster and better. On one complex task outside those capabilities, though, they reached the right answer 19% less often than those without it. For you: the assistant helps most where you can judge the result yourself.
In practice
Preprava Vrba and the morning inbox
Dispatcher Martina translated and drafted replies with an assistant. Checking them, she found ‘rounded’ loading times and a promise the firm doesn’t make. She added two sentences to her prompt: ‘Copy times, dates and prices exactly, add nothing. Guarantee nothing.’
Story
Five questions instead of a third draft
Ivana from Lumora asked the assistant to question her first. The fourth question was what customers most often complain about with similar lamps. The answer, that the light is too cold, changed the whole product description.
Use it
Your inbox in half the time
Sort emails into three piles. Write one sentence with your decision and the exact facts for each. Let the assistant draft the replies, then check numbers, dates and promises.
Pitfall
Fluent text isn’t checked text
The biggest risk isn’t a bad text, you’ll spot that at once. It’s a well-written text with one untruth in it: the wrong legal reference, an invented product feature, the wrong amount. You are responsible for what you send, not the assistant.
Template
A quote from my own figures
A prompt you fill in with your price, dates and terms. The assistant writes a six-part quote and lists every figure and date it used underneath, so you can check them in a minute.
The places for your own details are marked ___ in every prompt. Copy, fill in, check.

FAQ
What people ask before buying
What format is the book in, and what language?
An A4 PDF, 69 pages, in Slovak. It opens on a computer, tablet or phone. You can copy the prompts straight into your AI assistant. An English edition isn’t available yet.
Which AI assistant do I need?
Any of the common ones, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. The book isn’t a guide to the buttons of one app. A free version is enough to try things out; for customer data we recommend a business plan. Chapter 8 explains how to choose one.
When will I get the book?
Straight after payment. A download button appears on the thank-you page and the same link arrives by email. The link is valid for a year and lets you download the book up to ten times.
AI changes fast. Won’t the book go out of date?
The book rests on principles that hold whatever the tool version: a clear brief, checking, data protection and a human making the decision. The legal position is as of October 2026. If it changes significantly, we’ll email a new edition to every buyer at no extra cost.
I’m buying for a company. Will I get an invoice with our VAT number?
Yes. Enter your company name and VAT number at checkout and Stripe will email you a receipt showing them. The €4.99 price includes 5% VAT.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends if, before paying, you expressly agree to delivery starting and acknowledge that you lose the right by doing so. You confirm this at checkout. If the file won’t open or is damaged, write to us and we’ll sort it out. Details are in the withdrawal notice.
Can I share the book with my whole team?
The licence is for one person. Every page carries the buyer’s email and order number in the footer. If several people in your company will read it, buy one licence per reader. The rules and prompts you create for your business using the book are yours.
I have another question. Where do I write?
To support@aesa.sk. The AESA Group, SE team will reply.
Tomorrow morning you’ll give your assistant a first brief that works, and know exactly what to check
Ten chapters, 45 ready-made prompts, one-page rules and a 30-day plan for rolling it out in your business.
